We all learned that 75 % in our body is water. It needs 8-10 glasses of water to function our body well. Ten years ago I was diagnosed of hypertension which later on I know that it would help us to recover fast if we drink plenty of water.
What healthy habits to develop ?
1. Upon rising drink 1 glass of water for one week.
2. Upon rising drink 2 glasses of water after a week.
3. Upon rising drink 3 glasses of water after 2 weeks.
4. Maintain drinking 3 glasses of water upon rising with the
interval of 15 minutes.
