What to do when you are stress?

Our body is always responding to any given demand. This body process is a Stress. It is unavoidable. Both good and bad experiences cause stress. Happy, wonderful  and positive experiences as well as sad would cause stress. The birth of a child produces stress just as death of family member. Job's stress in particular is unhealthy. High blood pressure is three times were common among people who have jobs  with high demands but little control. Stress has been found to cause a rise in heart rate, blood pressure  and blood cholesterol = all these linked to coronary heart diseases.

What to do to avoid stress?


1. Avoid stressful situation and people who cause stress.
2. Learn to relax.
3. Create a relaxing moments and activity; pause a while and 
    take a deep breath breathing. Smile to your heart while breathing.
4. Do some exercises. Walking is the best.
5. Tale to share / talk with  others.
6. Take time to pray.
